Pragati Creations (LLP) is a transcontinental research and corporate advisory consultancy registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Govt. of India. Our team comprised of socially driven experts from Asia, Africa, and Americas, We bridge the gap between large-scale scientific data and structural human development. By designing advanced statistical models and transdisciplinary policy frameworks using national-level population data, we translate complex micro-data into sustainable interventions. Our core mission remains focused on empowering marginalized communities and helping them fully realize their human potential by delivering rigorous, data-driven consultancy services for global policymaking.

Vishal Tikhute
Komal Devkate
Ms. Komal is a director at Pragati Creations; she looks after the community development and communications wing of the institute. She is visiting faculty at multiple universities and also associated with TISS, Mumbai, as a PhD scholar. Her research and project management experience exceeds 10 years of impressive work at various renowned institutes across India. Her research areas involved health equity, promoting women’s health rights, and improving healthcare access for rural, marginalized tribal communities, specifically adolescent girls and women from NTDNT communities. Through both academic inquiry and field engagement, she strives to contribute meaningfully to public health discourse and to advocate for equitable access to healthcare for marginalized communities.
Dhananjay Kumar
Mr Dhananjay is a senior consultant at Pragati Creations. He has been an active member of Pragati Creations since its inception. His engagement with us extends to multiple international research projects, covering countries like Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, and Lesotho, showcasing his broad understanding of global issues. With an M.Phil. and a master’s degree from prestigious institutions like JNU, New Delhi, and TISS, Mumbai, Dhanajay brings a wealth of knowledge for our team at Pragati Creations.
Dhananjay's expertise encompasses project management, academic research, networking, and fundraising. His dedication to team dynamics and moral support creates a positive atmosphere that encourages innovation and productivity at Pragati Creations. He actively guides management in securing grants and exploring research collaboration opportunities from international universities, including Friedensau Adventist University (FAU) in Germany.
Prashant Gawai
Mr. Prashant secured his master's in Cities and Governance from the prestigious TISS, Hyderabad. Currently, he is a research consultant at Pragati Creations. He is also associated with multiple national and international institutes as a policy analyst. He contributes his expertise in health system strengthening by analyzing policies for gaps and exploring potential for reforms. He has command over social research, project management, and advanced data analytics tools. His areas of interest include sustainable human development through urban planning, housing, occupational safety, and mitigating environmental degradation.
Anita Sarpong
Ms. Anita Sarpong is a Ghanaian researcher and consultant at Pragati Creations in India. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the prestigious Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER) at the University of Ghana, where her research explores health outcomes, migration, and social protection in low- and middle-income countries.With a solid background in sociology and development studies, Ms. Sarpong plays a crucial role at Pragati Creations, contributing to several ongoing research studies in the areas of substance use, tobacco control, and health equity in West Africa. Her work includes policy discourse surrounding the health and well-being of vulnerable populations in Africa. She is committed to transforming research findings into actionable insights for policymaking and health system strengthening, ensuring her efforts align closely with evidence-based policy and programmatic decision-making.
Boluwatife Fatokun
Mr Boluwatife is a young, enthusiastic Nigerian researcher. At Pragati Creations, he has been a part of several international publications, covering public health issues in LMICs like Senegal, Ghana, Lesotho, and Jordan. He prefers working with multidisciplinary teams and has published several clinical studies, including recent acute spinal cord injury (ASCI) research in Africa. His academic achievements included a bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science (Kwara State University, Nigeria) and a PGD in project management from the Chartered Institute of Project Management, Ghana. He has a keen interest in cardiovascular medicine, genomics and health policy.
Fortune Okafor
Dr. Fortune is a Nigeria-based data scientist and a research consultant, he has jointly published research papers with PC members (Dr Vishal). He has a profound interest in cardiology, data science, and machine learning. He has international publications covering broader areas of public health, clinical cardiology, and data science.
